Animal Lover
My name is Rabia, I grew up in Belgium and have been living in Dubai for 6 years, we have one cat: Jeffels. We were supposed to foster him for 2 weeks... That was 5 years ago, but mister Jeffels instantly became one of our family members!
I’ve been fostering dogs & cats since 2009 and taking care of animals is my passion. In 2014 I went to Thailand to volunteer in cat & dog shelters all over the country. This was an amazing experience where I learned a lot. From feeding the cats and dogs, walking (or should I say running) the dogs, assisting the vet during operations and administering medication where necessary.
So when it comes to walking your dog, feeding your cat and taking care of your pet whilst you enjoy your vacation, I will always ensure a safe and nurturing environment for your furbaby.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Policy
1. Veterinary Medical care release form & legal consideration agreement must be read and signed before the start.
2. Happy Tails LLC will not be responsible for outdoor pets, all pets must be kept inside during the whole duration.
3. The payment shall be made upfront for the full service. Additional costs incurred during the service period will be settled upon return.
4. Cancellation policy: you will receive a full refund if services are cancelled 21 days (or more) before the agreed start date. 75% will be refunded if services are cancelled 16 to 20 days before start date.
25% will be refunded if services are cancelled 5 to 15 days before the start
date. We don't refund if the services are cancelled 5 days (or less) before the start date. There will be no refund if services are cancelled before the agreed completion date.
